Having taken him under his control, Savelyev will be able to coordinate any deviations from city planning norms with his brother's company.

Residents are already desperate to fight with "Prosperity" at the city level: last week they wrote a letter to the Presidential Administration demanding to analyze the developer's unhealthy connection with the city authorities.
