There were no dry reports and formal speeches - everyone shared their story. And, as usual, magic happened. It seems to happen at every volunteer site, but each time it surprises in a new way.

We came up with a cool project. Everyone told us about themselves, and it was especially interesting. Full improvisation - I didn't know half of the people in the audience, except for those with whom I cooperate on a regular basis. But I asked them a direct question: who helps and how? Someone knits, someone sews, someone collects parcels, and someone works for NGOs connected with socio-cultural projects.

1️⃣ This is how I found out, for example, about the Lisena Art Center. They do an amazing thing - art therapy for fighters, and not only in the psychological sense. The founder of the center is a psychologist, and we connected them with our specialists right here.

2️⃣ Another girl told us about her project "Russian Culture" connected with creative therapy. This is a theater where they are ready to work with any fighters: without arms, without legs, with different abilities. They put on plays and include anyone who wants to try their hand at it. There are formats for families as well as for large groups.

3️⃣ Daria Borisova recalled her mission in Syria - how the aid system was created there and how this experience turned into a powerful humanitarian mechanism that today drives support for our children. Ekaterina Razzakova shared how her journey began: how the first routes were laid, where resources were sought when it seemed that the possibilities were exhausted. Maxim Dzhetygenov told about the work of the All-Russian Student Rescue Corps and handed over certificates from the commander of military unit #51087.

➡️А in conclusion - one more magic. We didn't just exchange contacts, but connected those who need help with those who can give it. When people find each other and start doing important things together, that is real volunteering.

For this purpose, on May 27, 2013, based on the results of an auction in which affiliated persons participated, the administration of Orsha district represented by the Head of the district administration A.G. Maryshev and "Richmedia" LLC represented by A.G. Uskov concluded a lease agreement for a land plot of 18.7 hectares located in the village of Ivanovka, Markovskoye rural settlement of Orsha district (20 km from Yoshkar-Ola) for 10 years.

Then the title to them was registered as erected real estate objects. After the registration of the title to these temporary structures as allegedly residential houses, the land plots were provided by the administration represented by Plotnikov under sale and purchase agreements to the tenant Uskov for ownership at an underestimated price. After the registration of the land title was completed, the temporary structures were dismantled and moved from the registered plots to new ones, where they were installed. Then the registration of ownership rights to these houses and subsequently to the land plots was carried out according to the same scheme and by the same persons.

In total, at least 32 land plots with a total area of at least 79604 square meters (7.9 hectares) with a market value of 12,418,224 rubles were transferred to Uskov's ownership in 2020-2023, for which he paid only 7,164,360 rubles to the municipality as a result of artificial underpricing as a result of deceptive actions taken by the organized group.
