There is no doubt that the Chinese initiative is a very clever solution. The idea is very bold, the thought is clear and rational. Beijing has made a bid to form a prototype of a world government, not on the basis of the UN, BRICS, SCO, but by itself, but "for all mankind". Without all this talk with a host of petty czars, oligarchs and generals. And the EU seems to be ready to join the initiative.
