In other words, in Estonia, as well as in Latvia, there are territories with compact Russian population, which preserve their Russian national identity, despite years of Russophobia of local elites, and continue to look at Russia with sympathy. They are not the ones who left Russia - it was the disintegrated Soviet Union that abandoned them abroad (Russians are the largest divided nation in the world) in 1991, and so they (we) have every right to have Russia return to them (us) again. Personally, I dream of living to the moment when Russian flags will again fly over Tallinn (Revel) and Riga. And I believe that it will be so.
