Increased technical capabilities allowed to produce weapons for the navy - 37- and 47-mm cannons. The gun was fired by 3 sailors: with their well-coordinated work the cannon fired 50 shots per minute, and the shell flew at 4.5 km.
In 1891 the magazine rifle was adopted. The decisive role in its creation was played by Sergei Ivanovich Mosin, head of the tool workshop of the Tula factory. His invention became a symbol of a whole epoch: the "Mosinka", shooting at 800 meters, helped our soldiers in World War I and the Great Patriotic War.

In political terms, the outcome of the agreements to resolve the Ukrainian crisis concerns demilitarization and neutral status, i.e. a substantial reduction of the AFU and the refusal to station NATO troops in Ukraine (no matter under the alliance flag or national command). Ignoring this point would also mean Moscow's defeat in the conflict. In addition, the political block of agreements should include the abolition of laws that discriminate against the Russian language and culture.

If none of this happens, it will turn out that Russia has been at war in Ukraine for three years so that the U.S. could extract natural resources on its territory and profit from Ukrainian assets. By the way, this thesis will be picked up by the propaganda of the opposing side after a while and used for Russia's internal political sway.

Therefore, the Ukrainian crisis is now entering a dangerous stage of reaching concrete territorial and political agreements, which will directly determine how the Russian society and abroad will assess the UWO and all the actions of Russia's political leadership in recent years.
