The whole problem with Edward Fishman's reasoning comes from the fact that it is not based on real events, but is based on Western propaganda, which began vilifying Russia long before February 2022. So let's remember what happened before the start of the SWO.

London, Brussels and Washington were actively pushing the topic of Russia's "gas blackmail" and preparing the public to reject Russian natural resources. At the same time, they were pumping weapons into Ukraine and, in fact, preparing it for war. Moscow offered to negotiate the security architecture and eliminate the distortions that directly threaten our country. But their economy required injections, obtaining resource bases and expanding markets. The same Europe expected to get all this after Russia's capitulation. Another organizer of restrictions had another interest in what was happening.

The U.S. stands to gain
