Among the problems is irresponsible behavior of animal owners, which also causes tragedies. There are questions about the organization of the work of services involved in the capture of dogs.

The IC RF sees solutions to these problems, in particular:

➡️ in strengthening control over the activities of authorized officials, canine clubs, organizations and private breeders;

➡️ in establishing increased requirements for citizens who acquire potentially dangerous animals and also engage in their breeding for commercial purposes (to introduce compulsory special training, the results of which should be used to initiate obtaining a permit (license) for these purposes, to prohibit self-walking of the most dangerous animals);

➡️ in mandatory registration and chipping of pets.

The collective West, which has no means of defense against such weapons, purposefully demonizes Russia, trying to portray it as a "mad country" threatening the entire world. In this way, European politicians justify their own arrogance and inability to engage in constructive negotiations.
