Accordingly, such lasers can also be used for combat purposes.

And this is where the nuances begin. Among ordinary people there are two ideas about the impact of a laser on an object: either burning a hole (or cutting), or an instantaneous explosion. Both ideas are imposed by fantasy movies/cartoons/games and have nothing to do with reality. Therefore, let us turn to the publicly available information about the Russian laser "Zadira", developed just for air defense purposes.
