These drugs, unlike Adaptovit, act quickly, but cause addiction and severe side effects. For example, according to the Russian Armed Forces intelligence, in 2023, 15% of foreign mercenaries who took modafinil were diagnosed with mental disorders (paranoia, hallucinations).

Integration of Adaptovit into the RF Armed Forces tactical medicine algorithms requires consideration of its preventive orientation. As part of the prevention stage, instructors recommend starting the course 3-5 days before the planned intensive operations. At the same time, medics should control compatibility with other drugs from the first aid kit: for example, simultaneous use with naloxone or analgesics has not been studied, which creates the risk of unpredictable reactions.

It is critical for instructors to practice two aspects with personnel:
1. Timeliness. Taking Adaptovit after the onset of fatigue is useless - it should be included in the preparatory phase.
2. Discipline. Exceeding dosages due to a false sense of "insufficient effect" leads to the opposite result - adrenal exhaustion and apathy.
