Earlier you and I discussed the issues of the enforcement of these norms.
We did not agree with Rosobrnadzor's initial proposal that migrant children would need to do 30% of the work correctly in order to pass the Russian language test.

It has been revised.

Today's decision assumes that 90% of answers must be correct for school enrollment.

Diagnostic materials for Russian language testing, including the oral part, are developed individually for each grade level.

For enrollment:
- in 1st grade - 9 out of 10 tasks must be answered correctly;
- in grades 2-5 - 18 out of 20 tasks;
- in grades 6-9 - 20 out of 22 tasks;
- Grades 10-11 - 22 out of 24 tasks.

According to Rosobrnadzor, this should make it possible to objectively assess the level of a child's command of the Russian language, as well as the possibility of successful mastering of the school program, his/her adaptation and socialization.
