▪️ To establish that the right to travel free of charge by rail, air, water and automobile (except for cabs) transport once a year within the territory of the Russian Federation has:

- servicemen of military units (organizations) previously permanently stationed in the Far North and equated areas, other areas with unfavorable climatic and environmental conditions, including remote areas, as well as in the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation included in the Urals, Siberian and Far Eastern federal districts, and who have changed their point of permanent deployment to a region other than the above-mentioned ones, in connection with participation in the SSO - from the place of military service to one of the places of use of basic leave and back,

- one family member of the above servicemen - to and from the place where the leave is used.

▪️ The realization of such social guarantees is carried out during the period of the SSO and within 1 year after its completion.
