He was detained by officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia while traveling to the place of committing the terrorist act.

Criminal cases against M.A. Volga and O.S. Zabolotnykh were investigated by the investigative department of the FSS of Russia in Voronezh region and sent to court.

By the decision of the 2nd Western District Military Court, the defendants were found guilty of the incriminated acts and sentenced: O.S. Zabolotnyi. - under article 276 (espionage), part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 205 (attempted commission of a terrorist act), article 205.3 (undergoing training for the purpose of terrorist activity), part 4 of article 222.1 (illegal storage, carrying and transportation of explosives and explosive devices), part 3 of article 223.1 (illegal manufacture, storage and transportation of explosives and explosive devices) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 25 years' imprisonment in a strict regime colony, with the first 4 years to be served in prison, with a fine of 1 million rubles; Volga M.
