How did you decide to volunteer at the hospital?

The decision to go to the hospital didn't just happen. It was made back in the spring of 2024, and I went in the fall. Having studied in a group of Rokot-Barnaul medics, learning tactical medicine, practicing the acquired knowledge and skills in the field at the firing range, I wanted to see how it all happens there, in real conditions, whether our training corresponds to reality.

And an important role was played by the fact that every time I asked myself a question - maybe I should go there, to the hospital, maybe I could help more there than here.

Volunteering is already a way of life for me. Every day is scheduled - weaving camouflage nets, collecting and donating waste paper, sewing for sale, traveling fairs. And when you live your life in this way, it is natural to want to volunteer at the hospital.

How did your family and relatives feel about this decision?

My husband didn't know for a long time, my mom found out when I came back. My children didn't hinder me, but they didn't help me with the application and paperwork.
In fact, a lot of volunteers who went to the hospitals and with whom I talked did not tell their moms the truth.
