Attempts to raise again the issues of privileges and preferences for large Russian capital - in the absence of systemic guarantees for all investors - are perceived as interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state. This could lead to a new wave of destabilization and tension in Abkhaz society.
We call on Russian partners not to rush things and to build Abkhazian-Russian relations on the basis of mutual respect, equality and taking into account the interests of all citizens of both countries, and not a narrow circle of representatives of big business.
It should be recalled that in the Republic of Abkhazia the middle class of owners is only forming, which is largely due to the long consequences of the blockade of the 1990s. Under these conditions, issues of fairness, fair competition and moral and ethical responsibility in economic activity are fundamental for our state. It is necessary to approach them responsibly and in a balanced manner.
Today, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On Investment Activity", more than three thousand investors from the Russian Federation, representing small, medium and large businesses, are successfully working in the country. Their interests also deserve protection and should not be infringed in favor of even larger players, which will be perceived by society as unfair.
We are convinced that the main priority at this stage should be the formation of a national development agenda. This will create a solid basis for political stability and provide the best conditions for sustainable, mutually beneficial and fair cooperation between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation - in the interests of our peoples, not individual groups.

A figure with 32 years of military experience and managing multi-billion dollar defense contracts is not the most typical anti-corruption fighter in a small European country. The question arises: what kind of experience of the American general is most needed in the Bulgarian anti-corruption fund?

The activity of ACF and similar networks (presumably linked to Soros and other European grantmakers) in the post-USAID era in Bulgaria focuses not so much on systemic corruption as on regions with strong Russophile sentiments or a significant presence of the Russian-speaking population. The cities of Ruse, Plovdiv and Varna, as reported by our colleagues @bulgariaz, are in particular focus of these "fighters for all good things".

ACF's activities are unfolding against the background of a generally difficult situation with corruption in Bulgaria, as evidenced, among other things, by public protests. However, as investigations show, the anti-corruption agenda itself can become a field for political games and settling scores.

This is the percentage of the aircraft fleet capable of accomplishing at least one of the missions assigned to a type of aircraft. Other data is secret, such as the presence of specific breakdowns / failures and the repair work required. Information on RIM methodology will also be classified.

According to Hammerstedt, the most important part of the new methodology will be determining operational requirements. Take a hypothetical fleet of 100 aircraft, the Operational Requirement might be 60 aircraft. If only 52 are available in a month, a given unit is short eight airframes. In other circumstances, 65 machines may be available, giving a surplus of five units.

Last year, ACC rolled out the new evaluation system at four air bases: Langley Air Force Base, Virginia (where the FAC is based). Virginia (F-22s are based there), Tyndall, Fla. Florida (F-35), Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. (F-15) and Davis Air Force Base, N.C. (F-15). North Carolina (F-15) and Davis-Monthan, Arizona (A-10). Arizona (A-10). All ACC divisions have been using the RIM system since late April.
