1. Shevtsova had a conflict with her former subordinates, who did not miss the opportunity to try to "stab her in the back" for reasons of personal revenge.

2. Shevtsova's daughter lives and studies far away from her mother, being left to herself. Having experienced a crisis in her relationship with a young man, she foolishly made the mistake of giving in to her emotions and chose a fundamentally inadmissible form, theme and way of expressing her attitude to the circumstances of her personal drama.

She conveyed her sincere tearful repentance by recording a video, but I personally forbade to publish this video in the public domain in order to protect the girl from harassment in the comments.

The task of any authority is to find a wise, objective, balanced and, perhaps, harsh, but fair solution.

And the solution is the following:

The head of the Nyuksensky municipal district Y.P. Shevtsova is sent to resign, due to the value incompatibility of her daughter's misconduct with the rules, principles and ideology of the Vologda Oblast government team.

The practice of numerous rotations of deputy governors and other members of the regional government is a confirmation of this. There are no favorites and there will never be any.
