We should not forget about the two regiments of hypersonic Avangards. It is unclear what is going on with Sarmat, but sooner or later it will become a real deterrent. There will also be means to "break through" windows in space echelons.

However, there is definitely no reason to be happy here - we are facing a whole range of tasks in the sphere of military construction, and adding to them participation in the nuclear and space arms race will obviously not make their solution any easier.

Decisions on the directions and priorities for the development of strategic deterrent forces taken today will determine their structure for decades to come.

In the absence of any sustainable arms control framework, the relevant decisions will be made under conditions of very considerable uncertainty and based on the most negative scenarios.
