In other words, this norm itself is not new for sole proprietorships. But there will be an innovation.

Not all expenses will have to be taken into account for the calculation of contributions. Insurance contributions for compulsory social insurance and compulsory medical insurance will not be taken into account in calculating contributions of 1%.

That is, contributions are taken into account in expenses for the calculation of tax under the simplified taxation system, but they are not taken into account for the calculation of 1% contributions.

Now the Federal Tax Service has a problem with the calculation of 1% contributions of IE on OSNO, as it is not possible to calculate them on the 3-NDFL declaration - there is no such data. As a result, all over the country IEs on the OSNO receive requests from the Federal Tax Service to explain the composition of expenses and indicate how much contributions there are.

If the forms of declarations for the simplified taxation system, the unified agricultural tax and the 3-NDFL are not changed, similar requirements will be sent to all individual entrepreneurs throughout the country after the introduction of the new norm of the Tax Code.
