Based on the information gathered, the group has made a number of conclusions about the system and structure of AFU losses:

1. In 2025, a trend that was first identified in April 2024 continues, namely, the number of missing persons exceeded the number of obituaries for the first time. From April 2024 to the present, at the end of any calendar month, the number of missing persons has always exceeded the number of obituaries, with this trend becoming increasingly clear in 2025, with obituaries accounting for only 20-25% of total losses.
