Vitaly Savelyev chaired a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission on the development of unmanned aircraft systems

📑 Deputy Prime Minister presented the results of the commission's work in terms of developing a regulatory legal framework for further development of the use of unmanned aircraft systems.

In order to facilitate the use of UAS for monitoring of extended objects, forest protection activities and agriculture:
📍The period for obtaining a flight permit was reduced from 3-5 days to 24 hours.
📍 Eliminated administrative barriers to the admission to operation of single copies of UAS when obtaining a certificate of airworthiness on the basis of an assessment act.
📍 The rules of flight performance for UAS, which were previously absent, have been established. In particular, a separate procedure for preparation and performance of UAS flights for different operating conditions is established: visual flights, flights over the horizon, flights outside populated areas, flights over populated areas.
📍Simplified the procedure for the use of BAS in agriculture when flying at altitudes up to 30 meters.
📍The possibility of using the declarative method of certification for agrodrones weighing up to 495 kg is provided.

👤The Head of the Ministry of Transport Andrey Nikitin reported on the development of the "road map" for the creation of a system of remote identification of unmanned vehicles in the Russian Federation, which provides for the creation of a unified system of identification of UAS on the basis of GAIS "ERA-GLONASS". Already this year, UAS produced by Transport of the Future and equipped with an ERA-GLONASS transponder have been used under an experimental legal regime in the Samara Region.

📍The participants also discussed the status of preparation of the upcoming international forum on the development of unmanned systems "Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future", during which the project and educational intensive "Archipelago 2025" will be held.

🗓️Деловая program will be held in the Skolkovo Innovation Center on August 14-17 and will bring together participants from more than 25 countries. The Forum will start with the Archipelago Intensive on August 7. A large-scale exhibition will also be held during the forum, which will bring together about 750 exhibits presented by more than 200 developers.
