Third, in 1982, Pakistan was able to exchange technical documents on uranium enrichment centrifuges stolen from China in Europe for the technical documentation for this very warhead for a ballistic missile.

And then, the father of Pakistan's atomic bomb, Abdul Qadeer Khan (the same one who was able to steal those very technologies in Europe in the 1970s) began to use as a valuable Pakistani commodity to exchange for other critical technologies (or currency) not only the uranium enrichment centrifuge technology, but also the documentation for the Chinese nuclear warhead for the DF-2 ballistic missile.

Clearly, he couldn't have done it on his own. But when everything was revealed after Gaddafi gave up his nuclear program and gave up his partners, Islamabad pretended that the authorities did not know.

His business partners included not only Libya. But also DPRK (in exchange for transfer of medium-range ballistic missile technology and special high-speed electric relays to Pakistan) and...Iran.
