☝️ Given that our repeated warnings have been ignored and the actual deployment of U.S. ground-based INF-range missile systems in Europe and the Asia-Pacific is now underway, the Russian Foreign Ministry declares that the conditions for maintaining our unilateral moratorium have ceased to exist. The Russian Federation no longer considers itself bound by the previously adopted self-imposed restrictions on the deployment of such weapons.
