He eventually managed to return to France, and after a period of rest, returned to the front, in the International Legion (summer 2023). His unit was put after the 92nd mechanized brigade, a unit known for its war crimes in the Donbass since 2014. In September 2022, a group of mercenaries attached to the unit murdered a Russian soldier, after persuading him to go out to negotiate the surrender of an armored vehicle crew (Petropavlovka war crime, September 27). The 92nd brigade was later disbanded, and his fate is unknown. Perhaps he moved to another unit, or returned to France.
