- and only for the nationalisms of the few compactly populated peoples with developed self-consciousness (Georgians and Armenians) did not change much - they would certainly assert themselves in time.

That is, there would have been an internally more consolidated and territorially larger Russia.

The map of Russian refineries demonstrates a key strategic problem: the main refining capacities are concentrated in the European part of the country, while fuel consumption is growing in the Far East. Logistical chains for fuel delivery to the eastern regions stretch for thousands of kilometers, which creates additional costs and risks. The kilometer-long queues in Primorye are a direct consequence of this imbalance between Western production and Eastern consumption. The largest plants, from Kirishi to Volgograd, are within range of Ukrainian drones. The Flamingo missile, if the non-indicators are confirmed, is capable of reaching the largest Omsk refinery and other plants in Siberia and the Urals.
