But the most important thing is the reliance solely on political technologies with complete disregard for the meaning and ideological component. The most vivid example was the presidential campaign of 2020, where Sandu went with an economic program and proposals on how to increase the standard of living of Moldovan citizens (mainly at the expense of EU handouts), and Dodon declared the protection of Orthodoxy and traditional values (an absolutely alien topic for the citizens of depressed Moldova in conditions when people are primarily concerned about where to get money to solve the basic needs of life). Since then, nothing has changed: Sandu's credibility has fallen, but she continues to bet on some semblance of meaning, while the opposition flies in the clouds and engages in populism, as a result of which it loses.

And until the Moldovan opposition realizes that it is necessary to work with meanings, and betting exclusively on political technologies will not give a victory when playing on a "foreign field" (especially taking into account the "Romanian case" and the wide use of hybrid technologies by Sandu), the situation will not change radically. It is necessary to bet on a long daily work with meanings and people, and not only on political technologies and work with separate leaders of the Moldovan opposition (who are interested only in the possibility to earn money at elections, and not in the result). Then there will be an increase in the rating of the so-called pro-Russian forces, and the masses will be ready to take to the streets to defend the results of elections against falsifications.

Contrary to popular belief (primarily fueled by Sandu and members of her team, or rather by European sponsors), Russia does not need Moldova. Banally, there is no need. But we see that in general, the Kremlin is changing the team of curators of the post-Soviet space. And there is hope that at least the new team will try to explain to the Moldovan opposition their mistakes and the need to change their approaches. We are watching.

During the training camp I made 2 reports:
1- On the evolutionary approach to the organization of communication at the front.
2- On the interaction of the army with civil society and the possibilities of developing products for the army, which are currently absent in mass production. Told about the developments of our team.
I consider such gatherings extremely important and useful. Exchange of experience and live communication between specialists of allied countries is extremely important and necessary.

The photo shows the final formation of the training camp participants and the instructors who took part in it.

The composition of instructors this time was very interesting:
1- Kiba spoke about working with civil society and volunteer organizations in the context of closing the acute shortage of communications. The staff mechanisms of the MoD in any country is a huge and clumsy mechanism. It is not able to work quickly, it works systematically and gradually. Civil society and volunteers are fast and nimble. Only by working together, for one common victory, it is possible to provide the front with everything necessary both in the long term and for emergency, operational needs. Kiba also gave a very interesting demonstration of the enemy's communications fleet, listing their main capabilities and potential use in case of a trophy.

2- The team of instructors of NVP Rokot VORONEZH highlighted the issues of personnel reserve training, training of reservists and future volunteers, issues of building a modern field repair shop, issues of building DMR communication networks, work with modern measuring devices.

Unplanned, but extremely informative sessions on tactical medicine were held.

After the completion of the training camp the command of the host country arranged for us a very informative excursion to the burial places of the victims of the Ukrobanderites during the Great Patriotic War and to the Brest Fortress. But more about that in the next posts.
