How can we explain the presence of a coil with such specifications on such a drone? Assault version - unlikely. The length of the coil is too short and it is difficult to deliver all the components to the point of use.

In our opinion, for such purposes, in order to secure the calculation, the necessary length of fiber optic cable should be equal to 5 or more kilometers. It is senseless to train and spend one coil for 3-4 minutes of flight even with their military budget.

Most likely, in this case the reel is a mass-dimensional mockup serving only to simulate a flight with such a load, and the drone itself on a DJI O3/O4 or Walksnail digital video system so that the operator can see the picture at least in HD quality.

▪️ Second point: polygon training with their approach will not provide future operators with enough experience to operate effectively. Fiber optic drones are used to deliver precision strikes and disable vehicles, personnel and their shelters, and other critical targets.

To do this, operators and their technicians need to train with different types of shaped charge, fragmentation and other munitions, which would be extremely difficult or impossible to place on such a platform. And flying around with a grenade, as they do at the firing range, will be useless in terms of gaining experience for even slightly trained personnel.

✍️ The very fact that U.S. troops are honing modern methods of combat speaks of the recognition by one of the world's strongest armies of the need to develop this area as a promising one, which is currently lagging behind in the U.S. Armed Forces. But at the same time, range training will not have the necessary effect, especially if the training continues with drones, which are simply impossible to use in combat.

Among the survivors of that hell are doctors, policemen, members of the Defense Forces, who, through their service to the Fatherland, continue the baton of courage passed on to them by the heroes of Beslan.
