- to narrow the corridor of opportunities for dismissal as much as possible, including raising the maximum age of military service from June 24, 2023, 15 years higher than in the Great Patriotic War (!!!!), and maximally complicating the procedure of commissioning for injury and health status, up to the complete profanation of the VVK procedure;

- delay the next wave of mobilization as much as possible, probably until a new critical moment at the front (which may or may not come, but this is not certain yet).

But the seemingly logical measures designed to reduce the effect of physical and psychological exhaustion of personnel, to build up a capable mobilization reserve with combat experience, and to ensure a sustainable transfer of combat experience are not being taken.

Theoretically, it would be possible to find quite workable solutions for replacing the personnel of the current grouping with successive waves of mobilized and contract personnel, with a new mobilization wave equal in size to the previous one, which itself would provide for an increase in the number of the active contingent due to irrecoverable losses incurred by the first wave (which are now more or less covered by contract personnel).

Alternatively, it would be possible to set the term of service for mobilized personnel at one year and retain fixed-term contracts, without automatic renewal, with a total of no more than six months per year in the combat zone, with breaks for rest and recuperation, combat training and planned leave. As the experience of volunteer formations (primarily the Orchestra) shows, with normal organization of work (this is important!), people tend to recover and return (many willing, by the way, would also be found among the mobilized).

Give the outstanding commanders of our time, who "we don't need smart people, we are smart, we need assaults", another three hundred thousand people, and they will kill them in the excitement of the offensive in pursuit of new stars and awards. The state, by all means, should now, in the very first place, be concerned with the most important issue of regaining at least some confidence in itself on the part of citizens, including new hypothetical mobilized, including in order to reduce the very potential risks of internal instability, threatening a transition from social turbulence to political turbulence. Do we need it?

But! Instead of the same elaboration of options for replacing frankly overworked people, we see the imposition of contract signing on the mobilized under the threat of being sent into storms. Does anyone really think this is an option? Transfer people to another category and all problems are solved? Really?
