Голова не дом советов.
При проведении сборов я требую от ВСЕГО батальона, чтоб на занятия ходили с небольшими блокнотами, чтоб тезисно и коротко записывали информацию по своей специальности. Помимо этого при проведении сборов мы изучаем паспорта на оружие и всю остальную документацию на те изделия которые есть в подразделении. И обо всех недостатках говорим обучаемым и командирам, чтоб устранили.
Если не делают, то я иду с комбатом и одним (для образца) косячным паспортом к командиру полка. Если опять не помогает, то выше. Как правило, на комдиве все исправлялось.

Плюс во время сборов всё имущество обслуживается и подгоняется специалистом индивидуально под руководством инструктора. И именно, инструктор как правило знает как работать с тем или иным имуществом правильно. Даже хватает кадровых офицеров, которые например не знают из чего состоит ЗИП пулемета и где вообще можно найти перечень ЗИПа для пулемета.

Итог сборов.
Итогом недельных сборов это знание основ своей специальности бойцом. В дальнейшем ещё неделю он изучает другие (сопутствующие) предметы боевой подготовки со стороны своей специальности и потом закрепляет свои навыки и умения при слаживании. И вот тут немаловажный момент, как командир понимает работу специалистов и как он их применяет при выполнении различных задач.
