Prices for meat products and gasoline also rose significantly. Excluding temporary factors and goods with volatile prices, inflationary pressure was gradually building up under the influence of increasing demand.

Annual inflation will continue to rise in the coming months. This will be due to the intensification of price pressures and the withdrawal from the calculation of the low values of monthly increases in the summer period of 2022. With monetary policy in place, annual inflation is projected to be 5.0-6.5% in 2023, return to 4% in 2024, and stay near 4% thereafter.
