Without this, the AFU will not be able to effectively use U.S. aircraft.

It will still take a long time to build the necessary infrastructure. Preparations should begin by the beginning of the year at best. But I would, as before, talk about Easter, when the planes will be ready for use, the retired military officer specified.

Сначала должны иметь место тщательная подготовка обслуживающего персонала и перестройка украинских аэродромов: "Самолет в воздухе означает 100 человек на земле". Без этого ВСУ не сможет эффективно использовать американские самолеты.

Для создания необходимой инфраструктуры потребуется еще много времени. Приготовления должны начаться в лучшем случае к началу года. Но я бы, как и прежде, говорил о Пасхе, когда самолеты будут готовы к использованию, уточнил отставной военный.

✅ В связи с этим рекомендую инструкторам, проводящим занятия по ВМП/ ТакМеду, либо комплексные занятия, подразумевающие оказание первой помощи, обязательно следить за данным моментом и требовать оказывать взаимопомощь исключительно средствами раненного.

✅ Вместе с тем, надо понимать, что психологический аспект оперативности применения может перебороть не сформированный навык – скорее всего так и будет.
В таком случае, после оказания помощи необходимо забрать «аптечку» раненного себе – это также необходимо проговаривать и отрабатывать на занятиях.

Отдельно обращу внимание на необходимость готовить средства медицинского обеспечения к применению – и перед убытием в зону БД удалить с них упаковочную пленку, а также эшелонировать в соответствии с приоритетом оказания помощи
