As well as the balance of multiple power structures. Ideally, everything should be simplified to one simple, working mechanism.

This is the problem with the construction of such a structure in the current realities. Many elements of the system realize that they may become redundant and will sabotage the transition process with all their might. On the other hand, a large-scale international conflict will require constant active participation of public structures, which will also hinder the preservation of the power vertical.

Therefore, we are not threatened by any DPRK. Not yet.

В этом то и проблема с построения подобной конструкции  в нынешних реалиях. Множество элементов системы понимают, что они могут стать лишними и всеми силами будут саботировать процесс перехода. С другой  стороны масштабный международный конфликт будет требовать постоянного активного участия общественных структур, что тоже будет препятствовать консервации властной вертикали. 

Поэтому никакое КНДР нам пока не грозит. Пока.

Однако замечание было бы верным, если бы на Западе не преследовали цель освоить как можно больше средств в том числе на строительстве дополнительной инфраструктуры под предлогом украинского конфликта. Не говоря о том, что при текущей интенсивности артиллерийского боя производимого количества боеприпасов хватает буквально на несколько дней.

Суммарный объем снижения производства сейчас составляет около 1,6 млн баррелей в сутки. Эксперты считают, что наше сокращение экспорта снижает добычу нефти в стране сверх заявленного сокращения, поэтому общий объем снижения производства странами ОПЕК+ можно оценить приблизительно в 2 млн баррелей в сутки.

В результате сокращения добычи нефти странами ОПЕК+, в том числе и Россией, котировки эталонного сорта нефти Brent поднялись выше 80 долларов за баррель, а российская нефть Urals, цена которой используется для расчета налогов, поднялась выше в 60 долларов - потолка цен, который ввели в отношении российской нефти страны ЕС и США.
