Ракетный Т-62 использовался правительственными силами еще ДРА и использовался достаточно успешно. Это покажется странным, учитывая реальные прицельные дальности С-5 (до 1.8 км по прямой и уже с большим отклонением) и тем более, если стрелять "с перегибом", т е в 1.5-2.5 раза дальше. Но это лишь на первый взгляд.
Самую большую роль играл сокрушительный психологический эффект от внезапного площадного огневого удара по отряду противника от непропорционально небольшого подразделения, причем похожего на атаку истребителя с блоками НАР. А уже психологический эффект создавал разные возможности подразделению, которое поддерживал подобный шушпанцер.
Хороший пример внешне странноватой конструкции, но достаточно логичной для той войны, где она воюет и приносящей успех в бою тем, кто ее использует.
Не исключено, что наблюдаемая ныне реинкарнация старых танков в САУ для стрельбы с закрытых позиций породит схожие решения, но уже с какими-то иными ракетами.

We hope that Ethiopia and Ghana are just the beginning, because there are still plenty of undeveloped minerals in the Sahel, where a quite Russian-friendly atmosphere is forming.

Проект Геологического института Карпинского ставит целью создать сеть научных центров в дружественных странах, на базе которых (помимо, конечно, продвижения русского языка через обучение и научный обмен) можно будет решать задачи, связанные с геологией и недропользованием, а также с формированием местной кадровой базы для российско-африканских проектов.
Ученые из института Карпинского видят большие перспективы в разведке и добыче твердых полезных ископаемых, как в Эфиопии, так и в Гане, где активно и давно добывают золото. И создание местных центров позволит обновить существующее состояние ресурсной базы этих стран и сформировать конкретные предложения к её дальнейшему освоению.
Надеемся, что Эфиопия и Гана — это только начало, потому что неосвоенных полезных ископаемых в том же Сахеле, где формируется вполне дружественная России атмосфера, еще полным полно.

The described algorithm for obtaining an airworthiness certificate is currently the only alternative to the costly, laborious and time-consuming type certification procedure that allows unmanned civil aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of more than 30 kilograms to be legally put into service.
The list of maintenance organizations with a certificate of conformity now includes 447 organizations. Of these, only about 10 companies can assess drones for compliance with airworthiness requirements.

В перечне организаций по техническому обслуживанию, имеющих сертификат соответствия, сегодня числится 447 организаций. Из них только около 10 компаний могут оценивать беспилотники на соответствие требованиям летной годности.
