Праздник относительно молодой, существует он с 2010 года согласно внутреннему ведомственному приказу МВД России. Впервые День ветерана ОВД и ВВ отмечался в России в 2011 году.
Дата празднования выбрана не случайно, именно 17 апреля 1991 года был создан Российский совет ветеранов правоохранителей и внутренних войск.
На сегодняшний день в составе МВД отсутствуют Внутренние войска, их места заняла Федеральная служба войск национальной гвардии – Росгвардия. Тем не менее на празднике это никак не отразилось.
Наша редакция поздравляет всех причастных к этому празднику.

Once signed by the President, the federal law should enter into force on September 1, 2024.

В соответствии с новой редакцией статьи ТК сверхурочная работа оплачивается, исходя из размера заработной платы, установленного действующими у данного работодателя системами оплаты труда, включая компенсационные и стимулирующие выплаты. При этом положения статьи 152 в новой редакции не будут основанием для пересмотра работодателем условий, установленных коллективным договором, соглашением, локальным нормативным актом или трудовым договором до дня вступления в силу поправок.
После подписания президентом федеральный закон должен вступить в силу с 1 сентября 2024 года.
