Негативно оцениваем опубликованный доклад госдепартамента о ситуации с правами человека в мире в 2023 году. Предпринята очередная попытка навязать международному сообществу американские ценности. А всех, кто не согласен, подвергнуть остракизму.
📌 Нападки в адрес России во многом сводятся к оспариванию правомерности спецоперации на Украине и бездоказательным утверждениям о нарушении ВС РФ международного гуманитарного права. В этом же ряду – клевета о внутренних репрессиях и подавлении свободы слова в нашей стране.
❗️Категорически отвергаем эти обвинения. Уже не в первый раз Вашингтон разыгрывает правозащитную карту в тщетных попытках раскачать внутриполитическую ситуацию в России.
📌 Ясно и другое. США уже не в силах «закрывать глаза» на неприкрытые и вопиющие случаи нарушения киевским режимом основополагающих прав и свобод, включая произвольные задержания, угрозы физической расправы в адрес журналистов, тотальную коррупцию в судах и правительстве. Хотя и пытаются выгородить своих марионеток, стремясь списать весь негатив на СВО.
☝️Вместо педалирования «двойных» стандартов Вашингтону следовало бы озадачиться улучшением собственного «послужного списка». Например, гуманизацией пенитенциарной системы. Все еще не стихает критика международных институтов, порицающих Соединенные Штаты за жестокое обращение с заключенными и использование бесчеловечных методов смертной казни. В этом же ряду – слежка за гражданами по всему миру, нарушения прав мигрантов, включая детей, всплеск антисемитизма и исламофобии и т.д.
👉 Американским властям давно пора задуматься над включением в доклад отдельного раздела, посвященного ситуации с правами человека в самих США.

- Drones have learned to detect suppression zones and GPS signal spoofing, which in the future will provide even tighter defense against REB.
- Redistribution of the payload inside the airframe resulted in 14 liters of fuel savings and added 140 km to the flight range.
- The design may soon include a digital unit for video recording and instant assessment of hit results.
It is also noteworthy that the documents contain data on the use of SIM cards of the Ukrainian cellular operator Kyivstar in the drones. They allow tracking the UAV's hit or defeat. Донецкий фронт. Продолжаются бои на подступах к Парасковиевке. В Красногоровке в результате штурмовых действий, ВС РФ продвинулись в городской черте с юго-восточной стороны. В районе Нетайлово российские войска давят на оборону ВСУ, атакуя украинские позиции. Пока без значительных продвижений. Идут тяжёлые бои. Аналогичная ситуация в районе Уманского, где ВСУ продолжают сдерживать атаки ВС РФ. В районе Семеновки и Бердычей есть тактически успехи ВС РФ, но продвижения в этих населённых пунктах даются российским войскам очень непросто. На данный момент боевые действия разворачиваются на подступах к этим сёлам. Севернее Бердычей есть значительные продвижения в Новобахмутовке. Также инициатива остаётся за ВС РФ и в Очеретино, где ВСУ продолжают отходить все дальше, оставляя свои позиции. В Новокалиново – встречные бои. (Рис. 2)
На Часовоярском направлении наступление российских войск «забуксовало» на восточных окраинах. Продолжаются ожесточённые бои в пригороде Часов Яра. Также, ВС РФ пытаются улучшить свои позиции со стороны Богдановки. (Рис. 3)
