Украина в апреле 2022 года отказалась от мирных переговоров с Россией в том числе из-за необходимости сделать русский язык вторым государственным, сообщает газета Die Welt со ссылкой на документ по итогам переговоров и украинские источники.
Россия и Украина договорились об условиях прекращения конфликта, неразрешенными оставались лишь несколько пунктов, которые в том же месяце должны были лично обсудить президенты Владимир Путин и Владимир Зеленский.
Согласно документу, Киев обязывался соблюдать "перманентный нейтралитет", то есть отказаться от членства в любом военном союзе, включая НАТО. Также одним из условий Москвы значился отказ Киева от производства и получения ядерного оружия.
Источники газеты среди участников переговорной делегации со стороны Украины заявили, что даже сегодня, спустя более чем два года конфликта, сделка по-прежнему кажется выгодной.
