Иностранная гражданка, проживая в городе Биробиджан Еврейской автономной области, в период с 2022 по 2023 год организовала незаконный въезд в Российскую Федерацию свыше 50 иностранным гражданам. В целях незаконного въезда, а также пребывания и трудоустройства в Российской Федерации иностранцев она оформляла в качестве квалифицированных специалистов.

В результате проведенных сотрудниками Пограничного управления мероприятий по месту жительства иностранной гражданки изъяты печати юридических лиц, банковские карты и электронные носители информации, подтверждающие её причастность к организации незаконной миграции.

В отношении иностранки Пограничным управлением возбуждено уголовно дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного частью 1 статьи 322.1 УК РФ.
